Kirklees Council is currently finalising it's Local Plan which will outline where circa 30,000 new homes will be built over the next 15 years. In relation to the required transport infrastructure do you think:

The current road network is sufficient locally to cope with the additional traffic.

The current road network can be improved by better signalling and other minor improvements to cope with the additional traffic.

The current road network will not cope with the additional traffic without significant improvements including new roads.
